• The sizes indicated may vary slightly depending on the region. For the United States and Canada, the measurement is in inches, while for the rest of the world it is in centimeters.

Reuse a previous design

Remember that whenever you request a design with Portrait My Pet, in subsequent orders you can reuse the design to be printed on any of our products.Just tell us your order number so we can find your design. This way you save time and money when creating your next personalized products.

Create a new design

We will make you a half-length digital portrait of your pet based on a photo of your pet that you send us. The portrait is done by hand using a digitizing tablet and professional editing programs.

The portrait will be vector style, which gives us the advantage of being able to be enlarged to any size without pixelating or losing detail. So you can perfectly use it in future orders to be printed on any of the personalized Portrait My Pet products.

If you require the design printed on canvas or FineArt paper, blankets, t-shirts, etc., please go to the “Custom Products” menu, choose the required product, and from there, personalize your design.

Text style in the design

You can personalize the portrait including your pet's name and font.

Some of the available fonts have special characters that allow us to improve the appearance of the texts, so if we consider it appropriate, we will use them during our subsequent editing to improve the final result.

How to buy

Step 1. You choose the size of the wooden altarpiece on which your pet's portrait will be printed.

Step 2. Indicate if you are going to use a design that we previously made for you or if you are going to customize a new design.

Step 3. Complete the information we ask for above according to your choice in “step 2.”, add it to the cart and complete the purchase.

Step 4. When we verify that your payment has been processed, we verify the design of your request.

• If you chose “I want to use the design from a previous order”: We search for your design according to the order number you sent us. If we require any clarification or adjustment to the design, we will contact you as soon as possible.
  
  
• If you chose “I want to customize a new design”: We validate whether the image you sent us has the minimum quality required to be able to take your portrait. Please note that the quality of the final result depends largely on the quality of the photo you send us.
  
  If we find it impossible to take a portrait with the photo sent, we will contact you to request a better photo of your pet.

Step 5. We proceed to work on the design of your portrait. Normally it can take about 3 business days.

Step 6. We send you a sample of the portrait so that you can tell us if everything is in order before proceeding to the final printing and shipping. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we continue to step 7.

Step 7. We proceed to manufacture your product and send it to you. Production and shipping times can range between 7 - 12 business days, but may be longer or shorter depending on the number of orders in queue we have in a given season and the country of delivery.

Step 8. When we ship to you, we will send you an order update with the tracking number so you can track it until it arrives at the delivery address.
